This website is operated by Hangzhou AORUILA Home Products Co., Ltd (referred to as “AUROLRA”, “we”, “us” or “our”). AUROLRA is our brand and the name used on this website.

Our website presents products, materials, customisation capabilities and related services for prospective and existing business customers. Our contact details are provided in Section 14.

Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

If you use the website or submit an enquiry on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that organisation. You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and must not use the website where doing so would violate applicable law or trade restrictions.

Website purpose and information

The website is provided to introduce AUROLRA, display representative products and capabilities, and allow visitors to contact us about potential projects. Unless we expressly state otherwise in a written quotation, website content is for general information only.

Product descriptions, images, examples, estimated capabilities and other website content do not by themselves constitute a binding offer, price commitment, availability guarantee, technical specification or promise of delivery. A request submitted through the website does not require us to accept or fulfil that request.

We aim to keep website information accurate and useful, but we may correct errors and update, withdraw or replace content, products or capabilities without prior notice.

Enquiries, quotations, samples and orders

Enquiries and quotations

Submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation or discussing a project does not create a contract. A quotation applies only to the products, specifications, quantities, currency, validity period, commercial terms and destination stated in that quotation. Changes to any of those details may require a revised quotation.

Samples and approvals

Sample charges, courier costs, lead times and the purpose of a sample will be confirmed separately. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, samples are for evaluation and may not represent every minor variation that can occur in full production. You are responsible for checking samples, artwork, proofs, dimensions, colours, packaging and other approval materials before confirming production.

When an order becomes binding

A transaction becomes binding only when the parties complete the written acceptance steps stated for that project. These may include our written order confirmation, acceptance of a quotation or pro forma invoice, a signed agreement, receipt of an agreed deposit, and approval of specifications or samples.

Product and customisation information

Many AUROLRA products are made, printed, woven, assembled or packed to project-specific requirements. Final specifications must therefore be confirmed in the applicable transaction documents and, where relevant, through approved artwork, colour references or samples.

• Screen settings, photography and lighting can affect how colours and textures appear online.
• Textiles and natural fibres may show reasonable variations in colour, weave, texture, dimensions or finish.
• Handmade or natural-material products may have individual characteristics that are not defects.
• Dimensions, weights and performance information shown on the website may be approximate unless incorporated into an agreed specification.

Any statement about a certification, audit, testing standard or compliance programme applies only to the particular product, material, facility, report or scope identified in the relevant supporting document. Please request current documentation before relying on such a statement for purchasing, labelling, importing or regulatory purposes.

Customer materials and instructions

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and lawful use of specifications, artwork, logos, trademarks, images, text, packaging content, labels and other materials you provide (“Customer Materials”). You confirm that you own or have all permissions necessary for us and our relevant production partners to use the Customer Materials for your enquiry or project.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to reproduce, adapt, transmit and share Customer Materials only as reasonably necessary to assess, quote, sample, manufacture, test, package, deliver or support the requested project. We may decline materials or instructions that we reasonably believe are unlawful, infringing, unsafe, misleading or outside our capabilities.

Do not upload confidential information unless it is necessary for the project. If special confidentiality obligations are required, they should be agreed in a separate written non-disclosure agreement before the information is disclosed.

AUROLRA intellectual property

The website and its content—including the AUROLRA name and branding, page design, text, photographs, graphics, product presentations, catalogues and downloadable materials—are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to access the website and download or print reasonable extracts solely to evaluate or conduct legitimate business with us. This permission does not transfer ownership and does not allow you to reproduce catalogues, republish website content, remove rights notices, use our branding, create derivative materials or use content for another commercial purpose without our prior written permission.

Customer Materials remain the property of their respective owners. Ownership of project-specific designs, tooling, samples or other development work is determined by the applicable written transaction documents and is not transferred merely by submitting an enquiry.

Acceptable use

You must not use or attempt to use the website to:

• violate a law, regulation, third-party right or applicable trade restriction;
• submit false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, malicious or harmful content;
• introduce malware, interfere with security, disrupt operation or gain unauthorised access;
• collect personal information or website content through unauthorised scraping, crawling or automated extraction;
• reverse engineer website functionality except where such a restriction is prohibited by law;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority, identity or affiliation; or
• send spam, excessive automated requests or communications unrelated to a genuine business purpose.

We may restrict or suspend access, block a submission or take other reasonable protective action if we believe the website is being misused or its security or availability is at risk.

Severability and waiver

Entire agreement and language

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the agreement governing use of this website. They do not replace any separate confidentiality or transaction agreement. If these Terms are provided in another language, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law unless the parties expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms and disputes arising specifically from use of this website are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory law that applies, the courts with competent jurisdiction in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China will have jurisdiction over such disputes.

The governing law, jurisdiction or dispute-resolution procedure for a quotation, order or other commercial transaction is determined by the applicable transaction documents. Nothing in these Terms removes a protection or remedy that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law.
