A SPECIFICATION-LED COLLECTION

Build a table linen range as a connected system—not a group of unrelated items.

A successful table linen programme begins with the use case. A hotel, an event-rental business and a home-goods retailer may use similar product names, while requiring very different fabric, care, packing and replenishment decisions.

The collection below presents the main directions AUROLRA can help develop. Exact sizes, materials, constructions, colours, artwork, quantities and availability are evaluated against each buyer's brief.

PRODUCT TYPES

Five product directions, designed to work together.

Start with one item or coordinate fabric, colour, construction and packaging across a complete range.

02

Table Runners

Layer colour, texture or artwork into a table setting with lengths, widths, ends and finishing selected for the intended presentation.

03

Table Napkins

Coordinate napkin material, colour, size, hem, corner construction and care requirements with the wider dining programme.

04

Fabric Placemats

Develop placemats by shape, finished dimensions, surface character, structure, edge treatment and coordinated colour or print.

05

Coordinated Dining Sets

Build assortments across tablecloths, runners, napkins and placemats with a shared material, palette, pattern story or packaging direction.

CHOOSE BY APPLICATION

The right table linen depends on what happens after delivery.

Care routines, presentation standards, stock handling, photography, packing and replacement cycles can be as important as the first visual impression. Define the operating context before fixing the fabric.

01

Retail & Private Label

Coordinate hand feel, drape, seasonal colour, assortment, labels, barcodes and shelf or e-commerce presentation.

02

Hotel & Restaurant

Evaluate appearance together with washing, pressing, stain handling, dimensional change and consistent replacement.

03

Wedding & Event

Plan colour, scale, drape, opacity and photography under the lighting and table formats used by the venue.

04

Rental & Venue Operations

Consider repeated handling, laundering, identification, storage, size coverage and practical replenishment planning.

CUSTOM & PRIVATE LABEL OPTIONS

Define the details that make the product fit your programme.

AUROLRA supports OEM and ODM table linen development. The available route depends on the product, material, artwork, quantities and intended market, so every option is confirmed against the project brief.

MATERIAL DIRECTIONS

Compare the fabric by use, care and appearance—not fibre name alone.

Fibre content is only the starting point. Weight, weave, finish, drape, opacity, colour, construction and the real care cycle all influence the finished result.

Read the material guide
Material direction Typical character Points to evaluate Often considered for
Polyester Practical care direction with broad colour and print possibilities. Hand feel, sheen, weight, heat sensitivity, drape and required visual level. Events, hospitality, rental and value-conscious retail programmes.
Cotton Familiar natural hand, absorbency and a classic dining appearance. Creasing, shrinkage, stain handling, ironing, colourfastness and finish. Dining collections and programmes prioritising a natural touch.
Linen or linen blend Textured, relaxed character and an elevated natural appearance. Natural slubs, creasing, dimensional change, blend ratio, weight and care. Boutique hospitality, weddings and premium home collections.
Approve the actual fabric and finished sample.

Two fabrics with the same fibre description can differ significantly in surface, weight, colour, drape and performance.

FROM DIRECTION TO ORDER STANDARD

A practical development path for custom table linens.

Each project can require different sample stages, but the decision sequence should remain clear.

  1. 01

    Share the brief

Define the product, market, use, finished dimensions, quantities, timing and visual reference.

  2. 02

    Compare & sample

Review workable materials, colour or print direction, construction, packing and the relevant sample route.

  3. 03

    Confirm the standard

Approve the agreed sample, specification, artwork, quantities, packing and commercial terms in writing.

  4. 04

    Coordinate delivery

Follow production information, quality checkpoints, finished packing and agreed export or shipment support.

PREPARE A CLEAR RFQ

Give every quotation the same starting point.

Separate confirmed requirements from areas where you want AUROLRA to recommend options. The clearer the brief, the easier it is to compare materials, sample routes and commercial assumptions.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Useful answers before you enquire.

Share a reference or partial specification even if some decisions are still open.

Can AUROLRA make custom tablecloth sizes?

Custom finished dimensions can be evaluated from the table size, shape and desired drop. Include the measurement unit and any acceptable tolerance in the brief.

Which table linen materials are available?

Common directions include polyester, cotton, linen and blends, but fibre content alone is not a full specification. The actual fabric quality, weight, weave, finish, colour, care and application must be reviewed together.

Can you develop custom printed tablecloths?

Custom print routes can be evaluated from the fabric, artwork, design scale, colour requirements, quantity and intended use. Buyers must hold the right to use all submitted patterns, logos and other artwork.

Can multiple table linen products be coordinated as one set?

Yes. Tablecloths, runners, napkins and placemats can be developed around a shared fabric, colour, pattern or packaging direction, subject to the agreed specification and production route.

Are samples available before bulk production?

Relevant fabric, colour or print and finished-product sample stages can be coordinated according to the project. The sample type, cost, timing and approval standard are confirmed before proceeding.

What are the MOQ and lead time?

They depend on the fabric, construction, size and colour mix, decoration, packaging, quantity and production route. Share the full requirement so AUROLRA can evaluate the applicable commercial terms.
